Good morning!

We are excited to announce two staff updates around the agency.

Emilio will be expanding his role with the finance department beyond media billing. In his new role as Media Services and Billing Specialist, he will take on ALL billing and client/projects setup in WMJ in addition to his current media responsibilities.

Emilio was quick to pick up media billing and became so efficient at it that he was the obvious choice when the position opened. Emilio will be shadowing Mike the next couple months, so please continue to email Mike and copy Emilio on all things billing or client/project related.

Additionally, we’re excited to announce that John is not alone in the new business department anymore! Griffin will now be part of the new business team as a Client Solution Specialist. We all know how important new business is to the agency and there are many people who have been contributing as part of their jobs, but we’re finally in a place to welcome a new team member.

Griffin’s interests in the pitch process and presenting to clients was brought to our attention and we couldn’t resist giving him the opportunity to hone those skills. He has already begun the process of transitioning his time from his media client work and has started working with John on organizing new business efforts. He jumped headfirst into a pitch with MLB and has been helping put more of a structure to our NGLCC pursuits.

Griffin will be working with all the folks from the different areas of the agency that contribute to new business, so you can look forward to working with him more soon.
