Welcome, Adam Deer

We are happy to announce Adam Deer is joining GR as our Director, Creative & Innovation.

In September when Steve stepped back to focus on writing, we announced we’d be looking for someone who would complement our creative team, adding expertise with new tools and technologies that connect with consumers in today’s digital/social age.

We think Adam is that person! Adam brings exceptional agency background (Publicis, WongDoody, Creature, Indigo Slate, Hey!) and has spent a lot of time focused on how creative ideas are evolving—whether it be through adoption of new tools, or AI, or thinking about creativity through a different lens.

For the next few months, Adam will be part time, finding ways to infuse this mindset into our work and with our clients. Please welcome Adam when you see him in the office.

Adam’s Bio:

Adam has a passion for new tools and technology, inventive concepts and next-level craftsmanship. For over 15 years, he’s been on the Seattle scene creating campaigns for numerous big brands including Aflac, SAP, Pacifico, Expedia, Alaska Airlines and Papa Murphy’s. He’s been fortunate to have several of these projects recognized at Cannes and One Show.

He’s spent the last few years focusing on the newest innovations, diving into AI, creative coding, the metaverse and more. Combining this with strategy and business fluency, he brings a holistic vision for creative agencies in the years to come.

Personally, he’s an avid (but by no means “good”) golfer, passionate wildlife volun-tourist and lover of dessert.
