Officially, we have a new Director, Strategy & Client Services who will be joining the GR team!

Jen Pascoe has a rich background in leading clients and teams within many facets of marketing. Through the interview process, I enjoyed getting to know Jen—she has a similar approach to client management, has deep strategic roots, knows how to guide teams through new and challenging projects, leads with a vision toward innovation, and is a good person who has a good heart.

She’ll start onboarding on April 29^th and will be part time for two weeks as she transitions from her former employer.

Hi team! I’m Jen Pascoe, and I’m so excited to join you all!

I’m a strategic marketing leader with a big love for blending data, creativity, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries—from sustainability to tech and many in between—leading everything from brand development and go-to-market strategies to revenue growth initiatives. I’ve built and led some amazing teams, and I’m genuinely passionate about helping brands grow with heart and intention.

Outside of work, I’m a certified yoga teacher and holistic nutritionist, and a proud Fellow of MovingWorlds (a program focused on social impact). I used to be super extroverted, but lately I’ve been leaning into my inner introverted nerd—and loving it. I’m all about nature, books, meaningful convos, travel, and absolutely all the animals (bonus points if I get to pet yours).
