The Good 401(k) Plan – Investment Changes

Notification:  Investment Changes to Your Retirement Plan

Dear The Good 401(k) Plan Participant:

Vanguard periodically reviews the investment options offered through The Good 401(k) Plan to ensure they provide competitive long-term performance relative to market indexes, consistent investment management, investment manager changes, investment closures, and reasonable fees.  As a result, the following changes will be made to The Good 401(k) Plan effective on or about May 31, 2024, or as soon thereafter as practicable.

Fund — Added to Plan*
  • American Funds Multi-Sector Income R6 (RMDUX)
Existing Fund – Removed from Plan Replacement Fund*
  • Metropolitan West Flexible Income I (MWFEX)
  • American Funds Multi-Sector Income R6 (RMDUX)

We believe these investment changes, combined with the other investments in our Plan, offer you an appropriate choice for your retirement planning and represent a wide variety of risk and return variables.  Details on the new investment options, including investment objective, risk level and historical performance can be found in the enclosed Fund Fact Sheets.

You should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of the variable product and its underlying fund options; or mutual funds offered through a retirement plan carefully before investing. The prospectuses/prospectus summaries/information booklets contain this and other information, which can be obtained by calling the plan’s investment provider, Vanguard at 1-866-794-2145.  Please read the information carefully before investing.

To reallocate your current retirement savings plan assets and/or change the direction of your future contributions, simply call Vanguard at 1-866-794-2145.  The Customer Service Representatives are available M-F 8AM to 8PM, ET.  You may also change the direction of your future contributions or reallocate your assets through Vanguard’s Web site, www.my.vanguardplan.com.

The Good 401(k) Plan is an extremely valuable component of your retirement planning. We encourage you to learn more about these new investment options and how this might fit into your own investment strategy.
