As a follow up to Wednesday’s agency meeting, we’d like to outline the details of the New Business Referral Program.

This referral program encourages everyone to join the leadership team in the pursuit of new business to help us meet our financial goals.

In this program, you reach out to your network and see who may be in need of an advertising or public relations partnership. It could lead to a creative campaign, a media plan implementation, a new website or more!

Once you’ve identified a potential lead, we’ll schedule an introductory call to learn more. As the process continues, you’ll stay involved as needed to help see it through.

Details:

• Time period:  90 days (June 7, 2023, through September 7, 2023)
  Referral Reward: 10% of the first SOW of work
• What to do: Let John, Stacia, Joleen, or your supervisor know that you have a new business opportunity, and you’d like to set up an introduction.
• Think about people you know through your professional network, personal friends and family, or people/businesses you encounter during your everyday life.

We will look to continue the New Business Referral Program after this 90-day period, but the incentive will change from the initial promotional level. We’ll be working on details of the continued program over the next few weeks.
