For those of you who don’t know, we’ve always had a peer recognition program that we called GR8!

Pre-covid we had forms you could fill out to recognize your peers for something amazing they did that month. Then, at each agency mtg we’d choose 3 randomly and reward those folks with a coffee gift card.

Since we’ve been flexible/ remote for the past 2.5 years, the days of filling out a form are gone.

We’d like to renew the program and will start by using the PULSE question feature through WorkStory.  Last month you received this question:

Looking for GR8 work! Anyone you’d like to recognize for great work during the last month? If so, tell me who and what they did that was above and beyond.

There were 10 submissions!  GR8 Job ????  I will ensure those go to the people who were recognized. Starting with next years Agency Meetings, we will work the GR8 program back in to the agenda.  It’s a GR8 opportunity for you to thank and recognize anyone who has helped you out, gone above and beyond, and done some really great work that month.
