As all teams have done a great job working together remotely, we have certainly missed the opportunities to collaborate with other teams across the agency. With that, we have decided that our first phase will be asking teams to come back to the office to collaborate with others.  Whether that is by client or team, getting together to whiteboard, strategize, and learn from each other is the goal here.  Along with your teams, determine intentional reasons to plan office time.  We are not “requiring” a certain number of days each week, however we do want to see everyone back in a regular way starting in May.
